I'm not your average health coach — and you’re not here for average results.
After 15+ years in the medical field, I’ve seen the same story play out over and over: women being told " this is how it is, your tests came back normal, ect” and ignore what their bodies are screaming at them. I’m here to call BS on that and to help you change the narrative.
I specialize in working with women navigating pre-perimenopause and menopause, but the truth is: if you're a woman ready to stop apologizing for needing care and start taking radical responsibility for your health, you're exactly who I work with.
I'm a woman who fiercely loves Jesus, believes in the healing power God placed inside our bodies, and also believes that sometimes a few colorful words are the only ones that really get the job done. Faith and fire — that’s how I walk, and that's how I lead.

In my 1:1 coaching, we go deeper than quick fixes or surface-level wellness trends. We rebuild from the ground up — tuning back into your body’s innate wisdom and focusing on what really moves the needle: stress management, nervous system regulation, healing from past trauma, building real strength, and giving your body the nutrition it actually needs to thrive.
This work isn’t about chasing perfection or doing more. It’s about listening — slowing down enough to actually hear what your body’s been trying to tell you, maybe for years. It’s about clearing out old patterns, setting strong boundaries, and reclaiming your energy as your own.
I’ve been through the trenches myself — sacrificing my own health in the name of "being there" for everyone else, until my body forced me to finally listen. That experience lit a fire in me to study menopause, integrative health, and true root-cause healing. Now, I’m here to hand you the tools, the knowledge, and the fierce support you need to step back into your power.
